Stockity Indonesia User Agreement

By accessing and using the Stockity platform, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read them carefully before registering and using our services.

1. Introduction

Stockity Indonesia is a digital trading platform operated by VERTE SECURITIES LIMITED, located at Suite 1, 1st Floor, Icount House, Kumul Highway, Port Vila, Vanuatu, Reg. No. 700726.

This agreement governs the relationship between Stockity and users (hereinafter referred to as "Users" or "You") who access the platform to conduct trading activities.

2. Agreement to Terms

By registering and creating an account on Stockity, you represent that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement
  • You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority according to applicable law in your jurisdiction
  • The information you provide to Stockity is accurate and truthful
  • You will use the platform in accordance with applicable law

3. Stockity Services

Stockity provides a digital trading platform that allows Users to:

  • Trade a variety of financial instruments including currencies, equities, commodities, and cryptocurrencies
  • Trade with timeframes from 5 seconds to 60 minutes
  • Cryptocurrency trading is available for VIP and Platinum accounts
  • Use a practice account with a $10,000 virtual balance for practice
  • Access the platform through the website or mobile app
  • Use a variety of available technical analysis tools

4. Registration and Account

4.1 Registration Process

To use Stockity services, you must:

  • Fill out the registration form with accurate information
  • Select your account currency (USD or EUR)
  • Create a strong and secure password
  • Agree to Stockity Indonesia's terms of service

4.2 One Account per User

Each User is only allowed to have one active account on Stockity. If duplicate accounts are found, Stockity Indonesia reserves the right to close all related accounts.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

  • The minimum deposit at Stockity is $10 (or equivalent)
  • Stockity Indonesia accepts various payment methods including VISA, Mastercard, Binance Pay, AdvCash, and cryptocurrency
  • Deposits must be made from an account or card in the same name as your Stockity account
  • Deposits from third parties are not permitted

5.2 Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal at Stockity is $10 (or equivalent)
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days
  • Withdrawals are made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit
  • Stockity reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawal processing in accordance with AML policies

6. Trading on the Stockity Platform

6.1 Trading Instruments

Stockity provides access to trading on a variety of instruments, including:

  • Currencies: Various currency pairs for trading
  • Equities: Shares of global companies
  • Commodities: Gold, silver, oil, and other commodities
  • Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other popular cryptocurrencies (available for VIP and Platinum accounts)

6.2 Trading Mechanism

  • Transactions on the Stockity platform are executed quickly using high-speed server technology
  • Time periods available range from 5 seconds to 60 minutes
  • The minimum order value is $1
  • Stockity offers various account types: Demo, Standard, Gold, VIP, and Platinum
  • Stockity does not guarantee execution at a specific price under abnormal market conditions

6.3 Trading Risks

Trading on the Stockity platform involves significant financial risks. You should understand that:

  • You may lose some or all of your invested funds
  • Trading is not a guarantee of profits
  • Past trading results do not guarantee future results
  • Stockity does not provide investment advice or trading recommendations

7. Stockity Practice Account

Stockity provides a practice account with a $10,000 virtual balance for:

  • Practice trading without the risk of losing real funds
  • Understand the features and tools of the Stockity platform
  • Test trading strategies before using a live account

Funds in the practice account do not constitute a financial obligation and cannot be withdrawn.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

Stockity may offer bonuses and promotions to Users. Bonus terms and conditions:

  • Bonuses must be activated through your Stockity personal account
  • Bonuses have turnover requirements that must be met before withdrawal
  • Stockity reserves the right to cancel bonuses if any violation of these terms is found
  • Each User can only have one active bonus in their account

9. Liability and Limitations

9.1 Stockity's Liability

Stockity is committed to:

  • Providing a stable and secure trading platform
  • Protecting User personal data in accordance with the privacy policy
  • Processing deposits and withdrawals in accordance with the provisions
  • Providing responsive customer service

9.2 Limitations of Liability

Stockity Indonesia is not responsible for:

  • Losses arising from User trading decisions
  • Technical issues on the User's side (internet connection, device, etc.)
  • Changes in market prices that cause losses
  • Force majeure or circumstances beyond beyond Stockity's control

10. Privacy and Security

Stockity Indonesia takes User data privacy and security very seriously:

  • All data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology
  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent
  • Stockity adheres to international security standards
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account logins and passwords

11. Changes to Terms

Stockity reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via:

  • Email to the address registered with your Stockity account
  • Notification on the platform
  • Updates to the User Agreement page

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.

12. Account Termination

You can close your Stockity account at any time by:

  • Contacting Stockity Indonesia customer service
  • Withdrawing all funds first
  • Confirming account closure

Stockity reserves the right to close your account if:

  • A violation of the terms of service is detected
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • No activity for 6 consecutive months

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Any disputes will be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
